Once we have received your order we will send a confirmation to your email address. It is therefore important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as a guarantee of proof of purchase.
All payments are handled by either Stripe or Paypal. VAT is included for orders within European Union. VAT and/or fees for import and/or customs are not included for orders outside the European Union.
Vestige never stores or transfers any credit card information. Vestige use external payment gateways, PayPal and Stripe, for e-commerce. PayPal and Stripe handle card information and use technology that allow the identification of the cardholder, and both meet the requirements of the PCI DSS and CAS and utilize PCI-secured payments.

Orders made in another person’s name without his consent, or otherwise as a result of Vestige suffer economic damage will be reported to the police. Vestige holds the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales. If a price is obviously incorrect, this may compel Vestige to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the best way. This can be performed at any time.
Private Consumers have the right to return the order within 14 days from receiving the order. The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. If consumers use their right to send back an order they should contact Vestige in order to get an address to send the goods to. Return shipping is paid by the consumer.
If your product is damaged when delivered, you should without delay and no later than 7 days after delivery contact us as well as the Delivery Company. You will need to inform us what is damaged and also let us know the case number of the Delivery Company’s claim form.
Warranty term: Two years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself (movement, case, crystal). Other parts than the above are not covered by this warranty. To have replacement covered under this warranty performed, please use our contact form on the “contact us” page. In the e-mail you need to specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue at hand. Finally, write ‘reclaim of purchase’ as subject of the e-mail and mail.
Note that repair/replacements will be charged in the following cases, even during the warranty term.
The case, dial, hands, crystal, watchband or other parts thereof may be replaced with substitutes if the originals are not available.
This warranty warrants that you can receive free replacement in accordance with the terms set forth herein and within the specified term, and shall not restrict any lawful right of the customer. In case of replacement, Vestige cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model watch. If your model is not available, a watch of equal value and similar style will be provided.
This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorised service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship as defined above.
The foregoing warranties and remedies are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, terms or conditions, express, implied or statutory, as to any matter whatsoever, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, satisfactory quality, title, and non-infringement, all of which are expressly disclaimed by Vestige. Vestige shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special or punitive damages, or liabilities of any kind arising out of or in connection with the sale or use of this product, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability or any other theory, even if Vestige has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if any limited remedy specified herein is deemed to have failed of its essential purpose. Vestige’s entire liability shall be limited to replacement or repair of the purchase price paid, at Vestige’s sole option.
Vestige ships worldwide. Deliveries are made in cooperation with the postal services and their partners in other countries around the world. You have the right to cancel purchases and return delivered goods by contacting Vestige’s customer service or using the contact form on Vestige’s website within 14 days from receiving the goods (https://www.vestige.com/contact/), provided the goods are unpacked and in the same condition as when you received them. However, the cost and risk for transporting the returned goods to Vestige will be on you.
In cases where you as a customer believe that the delivery is delayed in such a way that you no longer wish to fulfill the order it is your responsibility to cancel the order. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with Vestige either by email or telephone. If a product has been discontinued Vestige has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the customer. Vestige will notify the customer of a replacement or equivalent products if available.
It is important that you as a customer carefully check your goods / products when you receive your shipment in order to verify that the products are not damaged and correct. If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this as soon as possible to the carrier. If you receive your item and see that it is damaged or does not match the one you ordered or, you shall also contact us within 14 days from receiving the product.
Any complaints shall be made to our customer service through our contact form on the contact page. Please supply the order number and the reason for complaint and we will get back to you shortly with instructions on how to return the item. Defective products returned to Vestige should be treated as if they were faultless. It is in all types of returns extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transit.
In the case that a returned product has no errors or faults, Vestige holds the right to charge the customer for the costs of the shipping return. Vestige has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same model. If the item has been discontinued, the customer will receive a full refund.
Vestige’s responsibility for errors in connection to delivery is limited to existing conditions of sale. Vestige bears no direct or indirect responsibility for example, but not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work or other economic harm.
Vestige shall be exempt from liability for damages and other penalties on the performance of the contract prevented, hindered or delayed by circumstances beyond our control. As the release factor should be considered include government intervention, new / amended legislation, lack of state, war, fire, flood, labour disturbance, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport or weather conditions or lack of delivery from suppliers and the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects activities.
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyright, on the website and in the material published on it are owned by Vestige or its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of the site or its content, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of Vestige.
The www.vestige.com website may include user generated content from for example social media applications. Vestige does not claim any ownership in rights in such content (images, photos and videos etc.) and take no legal responsibility for it. In case you for example suspects a violation of copyright, or any other right, or otherwise is offended by such content, please contact our customer service.
All products remain in Vestige property until full payment is made.
All attempts at fraud reported to the police and Vestige reserves the right to cancel the purchase if any suspicion is raised.
